They we're busy, and still let my food sit on the counter, not the warmer, 10 minutes before they finally brought it to the table. Then, it wasn't made the way I ordered and PAID for.
Your average McDonalds. They're not terribly fast, and usually don't fill your order correctly.
Sat in the inner drive-thru for 5 minutes, while orders on the outer drive-thru were being taken. I called the restaurant, then they blamed the hold up on me. They described my vehicle, and said I was sitting there and not ordering. There's a reason for that, when nobody asks what you want. I just left and gave my business to another restaurant.
Restaurant dining area was also unsanitary with trash and dirty tables, and the bathroom was AWLFUL. The CHEAP generic thin toilet paper was thrown into the floor, and basins we're NASTY. Plenty of worker's, but not even the woman manager was doing their job's. She was gripping loudly at the girl that took our orders, and sent her to the back to work. That girl was trying to do her job, and was very pleasant while doing so. I remember her name being Lisa, and the poor girl was getting verbally abused, and there was NO reason for it,and belittling her in front of the customer's. I strongly feel this woman shouldn't be a manager of any kind; because She didn't care that she "Belittled Herself " more so, than the young lady that was trying to do her job. I found her to be pathetic, inefficient, ineffective, mortally inept to work in a public place. Restaurant or other public job's. Sad that McDonald's allows this and the uncleanleaness of their establishment. I went back about a week ago, and it was the Same EXACT way at the counter. The Same woman doing what she seems to enjoy. Cussing that young lady, which is ABUSE, right in front of the customer's AGAIN. This time I Spoke up, and that didn't help at all!!! Her temper tantrum was that of a 2 yr. Old Child.
Lucky for you if these guys get your order right. You can just about count on it something will be wrong
