HORRIBLE! I contacted the shop directly to order an arrangement for a friend her birthday, when she sent me the pic of the arrangement, it was pathetic. For $50, the arrangement had only 3 roses, maybe 3 carnations, and a few other filler flowers. I specifically asked for certain arrangement that was advertised on their website, when I spoke with the lady, she told me that was a universal website (even though the link clearly had their name in it), and then tried to pawn off the cheap and lack luster of the arrangement onto the usage in the photo of miniature roses. In the words of Donald Trump, WRONG! The to top it off, a little string of a bow was tied around the clear cheap vase, in the same manner as a kindergarten child's shoe string. Poor quality, and not customer friendly!
UPDATE: Monday. No resolution: They said they turn off their internet orders on Wed, before busy holidays and claim they don't maintain the website.
I just called on a saturday at about 2:30 (not knowing they had closed at 2), and asked about getting something delivered tonight. The woman on the phone (I didn't get her name, unfortunately), said they'd closed for the night, but let her see what she could do. After telling her what I was looking for, she said, well, we don't have anything ready quite like that, but she could make some substitutions in this one arrangement to include some of the things I wanted, and within my price range. She even said if the delivery girl wasn't able to take it she could deliver it herself on her way home. All this, after they were closed! Well done!
Very rude over the phone. Hung up on me before I was told the total charged to my card. I had to call back....very short over the phone like I was an inconvenience . Horrible customer service.
:( Placed an online order for Mother's Day flowers on Friday May 9, 2014 at 7:30 AM, received my email confirmation. It was to be a same day delivery and is just down the road from the shop. It's now Saturday at 6:30 PM and the flowers DID NOT arrive. We are not happy, We try to support local business, but I guess we will be going to 1800Flowers to get the guaranteed delivery. A ruined Mother's Day thanks to Jenny Wiley Florist. Shouldn't offer online service if you aren't going to support it.
